On their way to New York City for the Fourth of July, a storm forces the Littles to crash near the Statue of Liberty. Inside the statue they discover a community of French Littles ruled by a General. The French Littles wake up to the world around them and realize they have been living without the most important thing to them -- Liberty. The General is arrested and promised a fair trial and the French Littles start making plans for elections to guarantee nothing like this will happen again.

When fugitive human astronaut Virdon is shot, his chimp companion Galen must charm an old flame into accepting that a book on human surgery is no hoax. Meanwhile, their friend Burke is captured by the ape authorities and is to be brainwashed by a brilliant ape scientist named Wanda. After spending a long time in prison, a man is pursued by international agents who want to kill him. Without knowing exactly what is going on, the protagonist realizes that they want to kill him because the book he wrote about his time in prison contains secret codes that should not have been revealed. He, who did it by chance, realizes that he is in grave danger. One by one, the characters in the novel are eliminated so that the mysterious secret remains hidden forever.

Haitian-born filmmaker Jonas Nosile put together a small team and traveled to Haiti to film Haitian history from its early successful struggles for independence through its comtempory - less victorious - battles with poverty. Nosile poses tough questions about the degree of Haitian's responsiblility for their delemma. Will this island nation finad a way to break with the legacy of its tragic past? Will the resilient spirit of her people be enough to overcome the obstacles and catastrophes facing her the country today? The answers may surprise it's audience.
